Now I am no where near my day’s back in the Corps, but I think I am on the right track . The program is designed to start out slow, but is meant to get you up and running a 5k in 9 weeks. Although the program focuses more on completing the workout without stopping and not the speed in which you run, I am shooting for an under 30 minute time. My ultimate goal at the moment is to hit sub 24’s, but we will have to see how I do completing the program.</p>
